Watershield ZSAC-10/55 is a cold-applied, ready-to-use, low VOC, acrylic elastomer-based waterproof liquid membrane and sealing system that’s versatile across all construction stages, from below-grade to rooftops. This exceptional coating offers more than 400% elongation, ensuring flexibility, along with UV and weather resistance. Its ability to withstand varied temperature profiles makes it an ideal exterior coating for roofs, slabs, and other building materials.

ZSAC-10/55 boasts high water impermeability and salt resistance, making it particularly well-suited for saline and water-logged environments. This liquid membrane penetrates capillaries and pores, effectively sealing and strengthening concrete and masonry surfaces, preventing decay and erosion. Additionally, when applied in white, it reduces direct sun-heat transmission.

How To Use It :
3 coat application with brush
1st coat dilute 20% with water.
2nd coat dilute 10% with water.
3rd coat apply as is and let the surface cure for 3 days.
Cover with either screed/tile or apply 2 coats of cementinous SBR coating.
